ccsmethphase 5mC calling pipeline with PacBio ccs reads

Introduction

以基因组PacBio CCS测序数据和参考基因组序列作为输入,基于深度学习、注意力机制和序列比对算法,利用PacBio CCS测序数据中的对甲基化敏感的聚合酶动力学特征,对所测物种基因组上CpG位点的甲基化状态进行预测。

Using genomic PacBio CCS sequencing data and reference genome sequences as inputs, based on deep learning, attention mechanisms, and sequence alignment algorithms, the methylation status of CpG sites on the genome of the measured species is predicted using the methylation sensitive polymerase dynamics features in PacBio CCS sequencing data.
