The National Genomics Data Center (NGDC) was officially announced on June 5 by the Ministry of Science & Technology and the Ministry of Finance of China. NGDC is established based on BIG, CAS, with joint efforts of the Institute of Biophysics (IBP), CAS and Shanghai Institute of Nutrition and Health (SINH), CAS.
