Summary: Using single-cell RNA-sequencing, we comprehensively characterized the transcriptomes of Drosophila olfactory receptor neurons (ORNs) from middle pupal stage antennae. These ORNs are from 3 genotypes: nSyb-GAL4 labels 44 ORN types, 85A10-GAL4 labels 5 ORN types, and AM29-GAL4 labels 2 ORN types.
