What is LSD?

Leaf Senescence DataBase (LSD) is a database collecting published Senescence Associated Genes (SAGs) and their mutants. Each entry in LSD is obtained from the research paper, followed by annotating with Gene Ontology, Pathway, Protein-Protein Interaction, Microarray, miRNA Interaction, Ortholog Group, InterPro and Subcellular Localization.

You can browse SAGs via species, mutants via phenotypes, mutant seeds of Arabidopsis thaliana and QTL in LSD, and search for SAGs, mutants, articles, primers and miRNA interactions based on related name or keywords. You can also do BLAST with your own sequences against SAGs in LSD. All SAGs sequences are available for download.
