Abstract | In the present study, we propose a new scoring system based on individual factors, the dose of fentanyl, operation time and the gene polymorphism of pharmacodynamics and pharmacokinetic of fentanyl. The scoring system predict PACU VAS in patients undergoing radical resection of colorectal cancer with fentanyl. |
