Phaseolus vulgaris
An inbred landrace line of P. vulgaris (G19833) derived from the Andean pool (Race Peru) was sequenced using a whole-genome shotgun sequencing in 2013[1]. The release V2.1 of the genome and annotation are available on the Phytozome: https://phytozome.jgi.doe.gov/pz/portal.html#!info?alias=Org_Pvulgaris.
The main genome assembly is: The draft genome of moso bamboo was reported by the Research Institute of Forestry of China [1] in Feb. 2013. It has the following information:
● Contigs: approximately 531.6 Mb arranged in 1,044 contigs
● Scaffold N50 (L50) = 49.7 Mb
● Contig N50 (L50) = 1.9 Mb
● Number of Genes: 27,433 b
● Number of transcripts: 36,995
● Frédéric Marsolais et al. 2016, Re-sequenced 4 genetically related lines of common bean [2].
We gathered these data, and identified variations using our standard computational pipeline.
