Samples (10 g) was mixed with 100 mL of sterile phosphate buffer saline. The mixture was filtered and the liquor was then centrifuged at 10000 r/min for 10 min at 4 °C. The deposit was resuspended in 1 mL of sterile phosphate buffer saline. Total DNAs were extracted using a Bacterial DNA Kit D3350-02. |
