B16F10 tumor was seeded on the back of C57 mice. Tumor bearing mice were treated with chemodynamic and immune combnination therapy. Tumor tissues were collected and thoroughly ground to powder with liquid nitrogen in a 1.5 mL tube, and TRIzol method was used for total RNA extraction. |
