PolyA RNAs were isolated from 1 ug total RNA by using NEBNext Poly(A) mRNA Magnetic Isolation Module (NEB) for rRNA depletion. Strand-specific RNA-seq libraries were performed using NEBNext Ultra II Directional RNA Library Prep Kit (NEB), and 150-300 bp insert size was selected following the manufacturer’s instruction. |
