The tomato atpA gene overexpressed tobacco was treated with gray mold, and samples were collected at 0hpi, 0.5hpi and 3hpi after inoculation for transcriptome sequencing analysis, and the sampled data followed 3 biological replications. PCR products were purified (AMPure XP system) and library quality was assessed on the Agilent Bioanalyzer 2100 system. The clustering of the index-coded samples was performed on a cBot Cluster Generation System using TruSeq PE Cluster Kit v4-cBot-HS (Illumia) according to the manufacturer’s instructions. After cluster generation, the library preparations were sequenced on an Illumina Hiseq Xten platform and paired-end reads were generated. |
