The young seedlings of R. chinensis were sprayed with MeJA or inoculated with B. cinerea, respectively, and seedlings sprayed with deionized water were used as mock, and the leaves were collected 48h thereafter and RNA-seqs were then performed. Thus, two sets of RNA-seq data from JA spraying and B. cinerea infection were yielded using mock as the common control. |
