DNA was extractedusing a TIANamp Bacteria DNA Kit. After the samples were tested, the genomic DNA was fragmented by ultrasonic interruption. Then the fragenmt DNA were constructed through end-repair, A-tailing and adapter ligation. The fragment size was selected by agarose gel electrophoresis. Then it was sequenced on Illummia Hiseq 4019. |
