using a TIANamp Bacteria DNA Kit. The HLNEAU001 genome was sequenced at a depth of 100× using an Illumina
HiSeq™ 2000 platform by Novogene China. The automated
assembly of all generated reads was performed using the
SOAPdonovo2 assembler using the standard setting |
