The bacterial DNA was extracted using the QIAamp DNA Stool Mini Kit (Qiagen, Hilden, Germany) according to previous reportSequencing libraries were constructed using the TruSeq Nano DNA LT Library Prep Kit. Sequencing of 16s rRNA V4 region was conducted on an S5 XL platform provided by Beijing Novogene Genomics Technology Co. Ltd. (Tianjin, China). A fast computational software-FLASH was used to merge Paired-end reads from the original DNA fragments into raw tags. Sequences were then analyzed using the QIIME (Quantitative Insights Into Microbial Ecology) software package (v1.7.0); The tags were then clustered to operational taxonomic units (OTUs) based on 97% sequence similarity cut off value |
