The analysis of metagenomic data revealed that the communities were primarily dominated by Enterobacter, Enterococcus, Leuconostoc, Lactobacillus, Citrobacter and Leclercia. However, changes in functional levels were monitored, and metaproteomicmetabolomic analysis revealed that most of the extracellular proteins were mainly expressed by members of the Rhizopus, Penicillium and Geotrichum. |
