We carried on the the genome-wide resequencing of gemomes of Lab-WT and M4 C16. C16 was the mutant harboring the yellow leaves and lower photosynthetic capacity. With NGS and some algorithms, we to someextent the reason of the exitence of the phenotype of C16. |
