Description: scRNA-seq of peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) revealed an increase in antigen processing and presentation, juxtaposed with T cell inactivation. In conclusion, our data strongly advocate for the efficacy of immunotherapy combined with 177Lu-EB-FAPI for cancer patients with FAP-positive tumors.
