Description: All samples were obtained from patients at the International Maternity and Child Health Hospital of the Medical School of Shanghai Jiaotong University, Shanghai, China. The cohort consisted of three ectopic and three eutopic endometrial tissue samples collected from patients with ovarian endometrioma (31, 32, and 34-years-old) who had a regular menstrual cycle (5-7 d every 28-30 d).
