Description: Prostate cancer (PCa) was a serious male malignant tumor across the world. Although adenylosuccinate lyase (ADSL) gene had been identified to have important role in PCa early in 1987, no comprehensive landscapes have been presented. This time, we performed a RNAseq to discover the underlying mechanisms of ADSL in the PCa development.
