Description: The aim of our study is to identify the possible genetic predictors of capecitabine-induced HFS (CAP-HFS) in Chinese colorectal cancer (CRC) patients. For this purpose, all exons and untranslated regions of TYMS gene were sequenced for CRC patients with capecitabine-based chemotherapy.
