CXADR knockdown in neural crest stem cells (NCSCs) derived from Down Syndrome-specific hiPSCs

Description:
Down syndrome-specific hiPSCs (DS2-hiPSCs) were first transduced with shCXADR and shCtrl lentivirus and then induced to differentiate to neural crest stem cells (NCSCs). We sequenced mRNA samples of DS shCtrl-NCSCs and DS shCXADR-NCSCs to generate the gene expression profiles of these cells.

[path/to/folder/containing/files] needs to specify the local folder that contains all the files to upload.
