The utility of extracellular vesicle long RNAs (exLRs) as noninvasive biomarkers in breast cancer remains elusive. The purpose of this study was to explore the potential of exLRs as clinically actionable biomarkers for breast cancer diagnosis and neoadjuvant therapy efficacy prediction.
