The aim of the present study was to determine whether simulated microgravity effect on the hematopoietic differentiation of human embryonic stem cells (hESCs) and what is the molecular effect of simulated microgravity on the cells during hematopoietic differentiation. The SMG and NG differentiated cells were collected for high-throughput RNA sequencing (RNA-seq).
