Telomerase positive circulating tumor cells are associated with poor prognosis via neutrophil-mediated inflammatory immune environment in glioma

Description:
Gliomas are the most common aggressive cancer in the central nervous system. Considering the difficulty in monitoring glioma response and progression, it is necessary to establish an approach for evaluating the progression or survival of patients with glioma. We propose an application that is easier for clinical detection and treatment monitoring in glioma patients by using telomerase-positive circulating tumor cells (CTCs) and further evaluate the relationship between the immune microenvironment and CTCs in glioma patients
For each controlled access study, there is a corresponding Data Access Committee(DAC) to determine the access permissions. Access to actual data files is not managed by NGDC.
