To explore the potential mechanism of disease progression and identify relevant blood biomarkers, we performed RNA-seq and microRNA-seq on peripheral blood samples of 49 SCD (preclinical AD), and 88 age-matched elderly controls with normal cognition. The same procedures were also performed for 85 MCI/AD blood samples as a comparison.
For each controlled access study, there is a corresponding Data Access Committee(DAC) to determine the access permissions. Access to actual data files is not managed by NGDC.
