GWAS analysis of individual gray metter covariance in First-episode schizophrinia patients exome-sequencing
Release date:
2021-05-10
Description:
Reliable mapping of individual differences from a systems-perspective is a critical first step towards precision medicine for complex disorders such as schizophrenia. Most current studies construct structural covariance networks at the group-level that are not feasible for individual inference. We introduced a new method to build individual differential structural covariance network (IDSCN) using regional gray-matter volume, and we conducted GWAS analysis to identify the genetic basis of the individual covariance links
For each controlled access study, there is a corresponding Data Access Committee(DAC) to determine the access permissions. Access to actual data files is not managed by NGDC.
