Klotho is a well-known anti-aging protein.The expression of Klotho in JAR cells was manipulated to investigate its role in trophoblastic senescence.In order to elucidate the mechanism underlying Klotho-deficiency caused senescence in placental trophoblast, Klotho-knockdown JAR cells and Negative control JAR cells were subjected to mRNA sequencing to screen the changes in downstream molecules
