BMPs exert tumor suppressive effects in a subtype of diffuse intrinsic pontine glioma
Release date:
2022-04-14
Description:
The most lethal subtype of diffuse intrinsic pontine glioma (DIPG) is the H3K27M subtype. Although ACVR1 mutations have been implicated in pathogenesis of this presently incurable disease, the etiology of more than 60% of H3K27M DIPG carrying ACVR1 wild-type cases remains unknown. Here, we show that BMPs can exert potent tumor suppressive effects against H3.3 K27M and ACVR1 WT DIPG tumors in a SMAD-dependent manner
For each controlled access study, there is a corresponding Data Access Committee(DAC) to determine the access permissions. Access to actual data files is not managed by NGDC.
