We performed the transcripome-wild m6A-sequencing to compare the m6A profiles mediated by ALKBH5 knockdown and PSPC1 knockdown in HeLa cells. The m6A profiles and mRNA prolifes in negative control (NC) HeLa cells and ALKBH5-knocked-down (siALKBH5) or PSPC1-knocked-down (siPSPC1) HeLa cells were generated by m6A-sequencing (m6A-seq)(IP) and RNA-sequencing (RNA-seq)(Input) using Illumina Novaseq6000.
