Single-cell RNA-sequencing reveals the heterogeneity of monocyte-derived dendritic cells and peripheral type-2 conventional dendritic cells
Release date:
2021-05-26
Description:
Dendritic cells (DCs) are critical for pathogen recognition, and antigen processing/presentation. Monocyte-derived DCs (moDCs) have been extensively used in experimental studies and DC-based immunotherapy approaches. However, the extent of moDC and peripheral DCs heterogeneity and their interrelationship remain elusive. Here, we performed single-cell RNA sequencing of human moDCs and blood DCs.
For each controlled access study, there is a corresponding Data Access Committee(DAC) to determine the access permissions. Access to actual data files is not managed by NGDC.
Zhongshan eye center is the State Key Laboratory of Ophthalmology. The goal of building a world-class ophthalmic laboratory is proposed. According to the requirements of "opening, mobility, union and competition", further refine the research direction, introduce talents, build an international team, improve working conditions, coordinate basic and clinical work, strictly regulate management, and create a research atmosphere of courage, inclusiveness and cooperation
