Description:
To invesitgate the relation between CCL22 expression and CD40 signaling-associated genes, human tonsils were obtained from healthy donors who underwent medically necessary tonsillectomy. Different subpopulations of GC cells were sorted by sorter based on surface markers and prepared for library construction to perform sequence.
For each controlled access study, there is a corresponding Data Access Committee(DAC) to determine the access permissions. Access to actual data files is not managed by NGDC.
