Multi-region exome sequencing reveals the intratumoral heterogeneity of surgically resected small cell lung cancer
Release date:
2021-01-21
Description:
Small cell lung cancer (SCLC) is a highly malignant tumor with extensive genomic alterations detected by single-region sequencing. But the intratumoral heterogeneity (ITH) of SCLC remains unknown. We subjected 120 FFPE SCLC samples from 40 stage I-III SCLC patients to multiregional whole-exome sequencing.
For each controlled access study, there is a corresponding Data Access Committee(DAC) to determine the access permissions. Access to actual data files is not managed by NGDC.
