Metagenomic sequencing of cerebrospinal fluid for patients with meningitis or encephalitis

Description:
The cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) of 655 patients with meningitis or encephalitis were sequenced by mNGS, and the microorganisms in cerebrospinal fluid samples were analyzed to draw the pathogen spectrum of infection in patients with meningitis or encephalitis.
For each controlled access study, there is a corresponding Data Access Committee(DAC) to determine the access permissions. Access to actual data files is not managed by NGDC.
