Comprehensive molecular characteriazation of pulmonary sarcomatoid carcinoma
Release date:
2020-09-02
Description:
Pulmonary sarcomatoid carcinoma (PSC) is a rare subtype of lung cancer with poor prognosis. Here we perform multi-omics analysis of PSC samples to reveal the molecular characteristics and provide new entry points for the treatment of PSC.
For each controlled access study, there is a corresponding Data Access Committee(DAC) to determine the access permissions. Access to actual data files is not managed by NGDC.
The datasets are under controlled access, and Sarcomatoid Carcinoma Team determines access permissions. Applicants who want to obtain the datasets need to submit a formal application through the institutional email and acknowledge that the intellectual property of this data belongs to the data submitter (National Cancer Center/Cancer Hospital, Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences).
