Single Cell Transcriptome of Human Endoderm at early somitogenesis stages

Description:
To define the human endoderm pattern, we sorted EPCAM+ cells from embryos at 3-15 SS and sequenced the cells using the Modified STRT-seq method. In addition, we did scRNA-seq of human whole endoderm cells at 14 SS on the 10X Genomics platform.
For each controlled access study, there is a corresponding Data Access Committee(DAC) to determine the access permissions. Access to actual data files is not managed by NGDC.
You need to install the Aspera Connect plugin before uploading your files. If you dont have Aspera Connect plugin installed in your computer, please Download Aspera Connectand install it first.
