A comparison of transcriptome changes in nucleated red blood cells isolated from the cord blood of preterm and full-term newborns
Release date:
2020-09-22
Description:
In this study, we compared the transcriptome profiles of nucleated red blood cells freshly isolated from preterm and full-term neonate cord blood, with the aim of identifying genes related to globin switching. We confirmed the differential expression of genes and RNAs with known associations with globin switching in preterm and full-term samples, and discovered novel associations of transcripts, genes, and pathways with globin switching.
For each controlled access study, there is a corresponding Data Access Committee(DAC) to determine the access permissions. Access to actual data files is not managed by NGDC.
