Genome-scale profiling of circulating cell-free DNA signatures for early detection of hepatocellular carcinoma in patients with cirrhosis
Release date:
2021-04-16
Description:
A case control study recruited patients with HCC, liver cirrhosis and healthy controls. Four genomic features of cell-free DNA (cfDNA), including nucleosome footprint (NF), fragmentation, base mismatch (BM) and 5-hydroxymethylcytosines (5hmc) were profiled by low-pass whole genome sequencing (2x) and hydroxymethylcytosines enrichment sequencing. Training and validation cohorts helped develop the integrated diagnostic model and test cohort was used to evaluate its performance.
For each controlled access study, there is a corresponding Data Access Committee(DAC) to determine the access permissions. Access to actual data files is not managed by NGDC.
