Description |
For the simulated microgravity condition, the sorted mouse HSPCs (Lin- cells) were cultured on rotary cell culture system (RCCS) (breathable but impermeable to liquid), with 12 rpm rotation speed and automatic replacement of 5ml medium every day, in a humidified 37℃ incubator with 5% CO2 for 12 days. Cells were cultured in RPMI-1640 medium containing 10 ng/ml interleukin (IL)-3, 20 ng/ml IL-6, 20 ng/ml stem cell factor (SCF), 10 % fetal bovine serum (FBS), 100 U/ml streptomycin and 100 U/ml penicillin. |
