Description |
ASXL1 is frequently mutated in myeloid malignancies. While ASXL1 has been known to co-occur with other gene mutations, the molecular mechanisms underlying the leukemogenesis associated with ASXL1 and other cooperating gene mutations remain unclear. To Explore underlying the molecular mechanisms of cooperation, we performed RNA-seq and ChIP-seq against histone modifications for cKit+ cells from mice of four genotypes. |
