Description |
S. cerevisiae strain BY4741 and Y. lipolytica were grown to log phase in yeast extract-peptone-dextrose (YPD) growth medium, respectively. Y.lip as spike-in control was mixed with S.cer. We isolated nuclear, digested with MNase, and exacted chromatin. The nucleosome positions were mapped using MNase-Seq. |
