Description |
In this study, the clinical symptoms and bacterial load of SE at 24 h after challenge were used together to discriminate susceptible from resistant birds. No SE was detected in the Controls(C). Total spleen RNA was extracted from each of the 9 samples, which were divided equally into C, S and R group, using RNA Kit following the manufacturer s protocol. |
