Description |
As a kind of sun-cured tobacco, cigar tobacco is one of the most commonly and traditionally cultivated tobacco. To further understand the molecular genetic basis of cigar and exploit the stress tolerance for application in breeding, it is necessary to obtain the nucleotide sequences of its genes. NGS and PacBio Iso-Seq were both used to obtain a global overview of transcripts in present study. |
