We reported the hotspot intervals based on meta,overview and collinearity analysis based on the QTL related to the content of soybean oligosaccharides, using CSSL poupulation to verify its reliability, and determining the phenotype of this group by anthrone sulfate method. Transcriptome sequencing of sexual materials. This study provides a theoretical basis for molecularly assisted breeding to increase the content of soybean oligosaccharides. |
