Description We used the de novo sequenced genome of Ficus microcarpa as reference and conduct whole genome sequencing of 17 Moraceae species to investigate the ancient hybridization in different taxonomic level based on phylogenetic network analysis, D-statistics and Cyto-nuclear phylogenetic conflict analysis.
