Description |
To reveal the general effect of DNMT3A and its regulated genes profile, we knocked out the gene functionally by inducing framework mutations via CRISPR/Cas9 technology. Both WT and KO cell lines were sequenced for transcripsome. Significant gene expression regulation in pathways related to cell metabolism and proliferation processes was observed, which could explain alterations in cell growth rate of DNMT3A deficient cells, at least in part. |
