In the current study, the high-throughput sequencing of the bacterial 16S rRNA gene V3-V4 region and the fungal ITS region of the rhizosphere microbiome at different growth stages of the entire life cycle of potato was used to study the rule of rhizosphere microbial flora with crop growth. |
