Title Genome-wide detection of key genes and epigenetic markers for chicken fatty liver
Relevance Agricultural
Data types Whole genome sequencing
Transcriptome or Gene expression
Organisms Gallus gallus
Description The goal is to detect the key genes and epigenetic markers of chicken fatty liver. Integrated analysis of data from whole-genome bisulfite sequencing and lncRNA/mRNA sequencing was conducted in chickens with and without fatty liver. Four samples from fatty liver and three samples from normal livers were both used to perform the WGBS and lncRNA sequencing.
Sample scope Monoisolate
