Description These are data supporting the manuscript “Boosting the power of plant transcriptomics by developing an efficient gene expression profiling approach”. We provide a powerful 3’RNA-seq method (SiPAS) to enable large-scale applications of population transcriptomics for genetic research and breeding in plants. By using this method, high-throughput gene expression profiling can be achieved.
