Description |
This project aimed to sequence the whole genome of an alpine plant in Qinghai-Tibetan Plateau, Salix brachista (Cushion willow), a common component of subnival assemblages. We produced a high-quality genome assembly for this species and characterized its genetic diversity, population structure and pattern of evolution by resequencing individuals from across its distribution. |
