A better understanding of the resistant mechanisms of octoploid strawberry against P. aphanis has received considerable attention. There were four groups in this study (three independent biological replicates in each group): control plants with water-treatment and no inoculation (Control-); control with SA-treatment and no inoculation (Control+); water treated with inoculation post 3 days (3DPI-); and SA treated with inoculation post 3 days (3DPI+). |
